This website (nochef.org) is the property of the Culinary Institute of Barcelona S.L. (hereinafter referred to as CIB), and has been created and designed to provide information and allow general access for all users of the internet to the information and various activities, products and services, both of its own and of third parties, offered by this company.

Users can access the website for free and without restriction, except for the cost of connecting to the internet through the network of the internet service provider (ISP).

6.1. Access to the website
CIB assumes no responsibility for losses or damages incurred by the user that are the result of errors or disconnections in telecommunications networks of any type that occur that result in the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the website service.

CIB guarantees compliance with stated obligations, as well as the implementation of the security measures specified in article 9 of Law 15/1999 on personal data protection. IDEP informs users of its Privacy Policy.

CIB assumes no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of information provided on the website or for losses and damages to the user or to third parties as a result of actions that are solely based on information obtained through the website.
